Hi All – I have what I believe is a red oak tree (Texas Zone 8). Left the house for a few days and came back to see a decent size branch was dying.
Any ideas? I took a picture of the base of the branch which you can tell is an issue. Insects? Disease? Hopefully nothing major but want to make sure it's not a broader issue that will spread
