Dying shoots on N. Ventrata – should I be worried?

Indoors N. Ventrata I’ve had for about 3 years now. Sits under a grow light in ~70-80°F temps. Watered with store-bought distilled and/or collected rainwater whenever the medium – which is LFSM with plenty of perlite – is just barely damp to the touch. Over the last week or so I’ve noticed the leaves on a couple of shoots turning a sickly pale green/yellow/brown color. Last few days the decline has seemed to accelerate with those shoots turning brown and woody and the leaves shriveling up to crispiness. The rest of the plant seems ok with strong, vibrant, green leaves and shoots.

Why did these two shoots die off so rapidly and do I need to be worried about the rest of the plant? Should I go ahead and snip off the woody/dying shoots from the base of the plant?

Edit: as I was putting the plant back under its grow light I think I’ve found a third shoot that might be going the same way as the leaves appear to be fading in vibrancy, a little, with a yellow tinge.
