Damage control

I’ve raised these eggplants since January this year and kept them in a greenhouse cover through winter.

For the last month I’ve had something entering the backyard and damaging plants. It started with passionfruit shoots and has progressed to ringbarking my eggplants.

I spent a lot of time on these and it seems like the pest is just destroying things rather than looking for food.

Any advice appreciated.
