I water one, to two times a week. Gets low light, I’ve repotted, because I think in the beginning I had given it root rot. So i changed the soil, shed all of the dead roots from it, maybe 2 weeks ago.
I don’t know what to do, advice please? I want my plant to be happy and perky. 🙁

From what you say it might just be recovering from all of the root loss.
Keep an eye on for the next week or 2, if it’s getting worse you might need to move it to other medium for recovery
You should water this plant every week and a half. And when you do, drown that bitch. let it completely dry before the next water. And it appears it’s outside~you should keep the dude indoors, regarding light, philodendrons tend to be happier in bright indirect light, not low light.
