What is this grassy weed? Is glyphosate the only option?

Our front yard is mostly just couch (nullabour?), but it has been filled with all sorts of weeds and other stuff.
I've been slowly working on it with amgrow products, bin-die, winter and broadleaf weed killer, sledgehammer etc.

Most of everything has died off, but now the couch itself is suffering! But annoyingly this broad leaf grassy stuff is completely unphased!

Is glyphosate my only option here?? What even is this?
