Cute curb appeal. Deck in the back could be larger for a grill, table and chairs. Kitchen/dining area is way too cramped. Living room only slightly better. Downstairs bedroom is small too, bathroom fine. Laundry room is nice. Stairs need a grab rail. Stairs actually end in the bedroom (with no bath)? Now that’s a first for me.
Live the separate laundry room. I would probably want to extend the back porch and laundry room out. Very nice floor plan. Need to add handrail on stairs
Outside house is fully luxury but inside house is combined schools of design together so it isn't as expected.
