Our Esperanza plant came back strong this summer. We cut it all the way to just above the ground in the winter, and now it's about four feet tall. I'm worried that the blooms and branches are too heavy for the plant and that it'll snap. Do I need a trellis?/Would it grow along a trellis? Do I need to prune it down? Or is this just the way they are? I know they're super resilient, I just want to help it as best we can. Thanks!
