I've been propagating these pilea stems for a few months or so now, how do I safely transfer it to soil without it dying? I've heard that the water roots will die to grow roots that can get O2 from the soil, how can I make this transfer as easy as possible for the cuttings?

You can start by placing stones so that the roots can have better support. When you see that it has already gained strength, you can add soil. Keep it wet
