Plant Propagation

Can I plant this monstera cutting in soil?

I kept this cutting in plain water and the roots looked very healthy (almost white) in weeks but today I added 6% hydrogen peroxide(a teaspoon diluted in 1/2 L water) to help with some dark rotting spots at the end. Unfortunately it caused root rot immediately, the roots turned yellow and slimy within an hour. I have cut and scraped off the slimy rooten ends of root and left them to dry. How are the roots looking? Can I plant them directly in soil now (after drying)?
