Context: my aunt gave me cuttings from my grandfathers plant to propagate. I dipped the ends in rooting hormone and have had in water for a few weeks now on the windowsill. I poured a little water with happy houseplant plant food a few days ago, assuming it would be good. I also added a fiddle leaf fig cutting a week or so ago because my son knocked my plant down the stairs and I wanted to salvage at least part of it.
Just now I noticed something moving in the water. I took this video of it. What on earth is it???
