Gloriosum advice

I just bought this gloriosum today. It's already climbing over the side of its pot so I plan to put it in a rectangular pot soon. I have a soil mix that is ⅓ orchid bark, ⅓ houseplant soil and ⅓ perlite. Would it be happy in this? It's current soil feels wet and heavy with not great drainage. It's in a southwest facing room a few feet from the window with 45% – 70% humidity and around 20°c. Any advice is much appreciated! 🪴

Rectangular box. I also have it in the same mix you mentioned. Bark+soil+perlite. I have been making my newer mixes chunkier but my gloriosums is still in the old mix and it’s thriving. I have mine in a bright room but keep it in the back of the room so it doesn’t get direct light and burn the leaves. They grow at the bottom of the forest so aren’t used to bright light. Basically place it anywhere with a moderate amount of light but not direct light that could scorch the leaves. My humidity is around 50-60% and temp is at 70F
