This is my 5(ish) year old pothos. It has been going totally bonkers in my bathroom and I just noticed it appears to be growing a new vine from an existing vine?! I have NEVER seen this or heard of it. What is happening? Is it just maturing? I’m so proud of this dude and pics just never do it justice lol.

This is normal. There’s chemicals, usually a paste, that folks put on nodes to prompt growth but sometimes the plants just do it. Sometimes damage or pruning will trigger new growth too.
