Yikes. Both images are the same plant? At this point it’s a hail mary. Replace all the soil, wash the roots, give this plant the proper amount of water. Something is very very wrong with this poor thing. I have no experience with this plant, but it may be easier to just cut the remaining leaves off and start over with the resulting 4 cuttings (but ONLY if this is a plant of which cuttings can be made).

This reminds me of when my orange goldfish died and my mom replaced it with a mostly white with spot of orange fish
