This one bush in our garden is covered in very small 2-3mm long) white bugs (I think!).
They aren't on any neighbouring bushes, just one specific bush. Both sides of leaves and all along the branches as well. Some of the bush is looking quite wilted, but not all of it.
Should I be concerned? Treatment?
