Have I exposed enough root flare on my Fraxinus penn.? Green Ash. Ignore the tarp, I’m murdering my lawn

Moved in about a month or two ago. Man they had this thing mulched and surrounded by lily of the valley, which must spread via rhizomes or something. Pulled most of that off until it started to look less "like a telephone pole in the ground." (Not my words)

Also, it has injection port for I guess EAB treatment. Previous owners left no info, but I guess I should continue treatment? Tree covers the entire east face of the house and I want to keep it forever. How can I make this tree happier? Northern IL

Not an arborist but I have a green ash. They are beautiful trees. Continue treatments. Mine are every other year for about $500. Been doing it for over a decade now. Every other ash in the neighborhood is dead and my ash looks great. Root flare looks good.
