What is this white stuff on my cactus?

I got this cactus about six months ago. It was flowering, happy and healthy. It was also outside when I bought it. I keep it inside now, and a few months ago the cactus started getting this white stuff on top. None of my other plants have it. It doesn’t seem harmful but my cactus hasn’t bloomed since it showed up. Does this have something to do with the white stuff? The plant gets probably four ish hours a day of light. The light is bright and semi direct. I water it weekly. The pot does not have drainage. Any help would be appreciated.

A common problem with cacti and succulents is etiolation. This is when a succulent stretches or becomes leggy. Reply with “!etiolation” for advice.

Mealy bugs, spray with a mix of 50% isopropyl alcohol and 50% water weekly until you see none… then spray two more weeks as the babes are sooooo small you don’t often see them. Wouldn’t hurt to pull the pot off to check for them in the soil on the roots too
