Help me identify these random trees I found in my backyard. Do I keep them or start over?

Regarding rule 1- I am looking for more than just tree ID, but more general advise on how to save these trees (or not) and contribute to the neighborhood canopy.

I’ve been trying to revitalize my backyard since moving in about a year ago, and I finally got around to trimming back this mess. I realize it’s mostly mulberry, but to my surprise, I found two healthy looking trees in the mix. One is a species of maple, but the other tree is hotly debated. I won’t influence with my opinions, but I’m hoping it’s something we can keep.

Location: Kentucky
Zone: 6b
Direct sun 6-8 hrs/day.
Each stem is about 1 foot from the concrete driveway.

There are some beautiful old trees around, but most yards are barren and cooked alive in the summers. I can tell this area has lost a lot of old shade trees recently, my yard included. I’ve been trying to learn about trees (ie root flare) through this sub and I would turn the whole area into a forest if I could.

Bonus pic of the two other trees I just planted. One native, one decorative.
