Help!

I messed up and let this grow leaning onto the wall. I’m also realizing it wasn’t centered in the pot which I’m sure didn’t help? It’s been happy here for 2 years but just recently had a lot of growth and lean. Should I repot into a bigger pot, center it, rotate it, and then stake it? Or give it the chop? I’d like to keep it as is if possible but want it to be healthy! Should I plant straight into a clay pot? I live in Austin TX so didn’t want to plant in the ground due to the severe winter freezes that have become the norm here lately
