Finding a battery for Giantz 20V, WORX?

I bought a Giantz 40V lawnmower off marketplace after reading somewhere it will be compatible with Ozito connector, turns out it doesn't.

The lawnmower was cheap and doesn't come with working batteries (prev owner left them on charge 24/7, now they won't charge, reads normal voltages) rather than investing further into this dead ecosystem of one-off product, I'm trying to make the mower work with other batteries.

This Giantz connector looks a lot like the Worx connector but I don't have access to worx to test. No offline stores to try either since Worx doesn't really exist in OZ.

My thought process is to either:
1. Hack up a wire with clamps that wire other batteries onto the mower. I'm worried that the connection will be unstable due to all the movement.

  1. Solder to a XXX to makita female adapter so I can plug and play makita batteries with this machine.

  2. Eyeballing it and invest in Worx batteries

will update how I go so we finally have some documentation online on this obscure brand. search returns nothing.
