Almost did it last night and then realized its going to be 90s for next several days. Typical Denver weather, it will snow before we know it.

Ya I’m waiting for the landscaper to bag up my first round then I’m gonna do another pass then scarify next week and he’s gonna seed and starter fert. Hope it helps. Back was full of crab and weed. I got it all dead. Sunjoe to pull it all up. Get rid of. Seed. Pray.
