Orchids

Orchidarium

Starting a mini orchid terrarium (8x8x12) with bioactive substrate. Sadly, the ground cover plants haven’t come in yet. Currently housing a Macodes petola (Front), Maxilaria notylioglossa (Left) (From cutting), Microgramma heterophylla (Top-Middle) and Peperomia prostrata (Right) (From cutting) all mounted on wood. Plants that are yet to come in, include: Begonia sp. ‘Sarawak’ and Sonerila sp. ‘Glowing Dots’. Lighting is a ‘Penn-Plax Eco Grow’ aquarium stand light for low-lighting in hopes that when the additional plants arrive I can maintain a vibrant iridescent blue coloring.
