Brought these home from Albania; I saw them growing everywhere in Tirana. I think they’re Japanese plums, but I’m not sure. I germinated them, and they’re growing! Any idea what these are?

Yes, it’s loquat
Loquat, Eriobotrya japonica. Japanese plum is a misnomer, but yes, this name is also used.
