Decided I’d start 100 dahlias from seeds I collected from my dahlias last year. Most of them were from a couple smaller dahlias labeled cactus blend, but I had a couple larger plants I tried to collect seeds from too.
Bag 12 is a late bloomer as it was planted into the bags later than the others in that row. The original seed dahlia in Bag 12 stopped growing after a couple weeks so I replaced it.
OMG!!! This one is on track to be in my Top 3 favorite 2024 Seed Dahlias for sure!!!
Gorgeous yellow flower with pink ends on the petals. First bloom appears to have a closed center so far! Definitely going to try to save for next year!
