The percentages are described in the app as “Probability of being the right (match?)” Based on the photos on this app, I’d bet it is Lonicera dioica. As far as “what’s growing on them”, if you’re referring to the squiggly lines on the right lobe of the leaf, that’s some kind of leaf miner insect – a general term that includes larval stages of moths or sawflies or flies (Diptera) or beetles.
