Will my Sundew make it?

I recently moved him to my office under a light and he stopped producing dew. I came in after being gone since last Wednesday to find his water dish empty and looking like this.

I'll be more careful about watering in the future? Does anyone know how long they can survive with minimal moisture?

I included a pic of the temp/humidity in the office.

As long as the whole pot wasn’t bone dry it shouldn’t have killed it. Their roots often tend to race downwards, so if the soil below was slightly moist it is likely fine. Even if all the leaves die, don’t give up on it yet. Many sundews can come back long after they seem as dead as a doornail, and none more so than capensis.
