Begonias

ID and care help, please!

I bought this as a begonia Rex 6 or so months ago. Thats all the tag said, I thought it looked cool, and it was a $6.99 plant of the week, so obviously I needed it. However, I have google lens checked this 284747372times and each time shows me several different answers, many of which I think look the same, so I would just like to know what she’s called.
Also, this was only my first of 2 begonias, and I have no idea what to do with her. She’s either highly perfect and lovely, or one day off watering schedule and it looks sad and dead- I’ve learned she’s dramatic like that, so I try to be consistent. What are their potting preferences, because I have t sized up the pot since getting it, but feel like I should. Also, should I stake/support the poor thing or does it like the freedom to move about? And finally, should I keep all pitted together, or break into separate pots? Any help is welcome and appreciated so thanks in advance 🙂
