Philodendron

Was labeled as “fat boy” when I bought it a couple years ago, but is it?

Props very easily. Generally happy plant on a moss pole. But who is he?

  1. Did you make those macrame hangers? They look superb!

Cool setup. Sorry, no help on the ID.

Have you tried Google lens? Also, if you had it a couple of years it doesn’t look like it’s made much progress.

Philodendron Martianum is known as ‘fat boy’ because the stems are very chunky (reminds me of bok choy). It’s also not a climber. I’m not sure what type of philo it is but def not p. martianum

While I know that it isn’t a fat boy, I’ve not a clue on what it could be.

Definitely not a Fat Boy, not nearly chonky enough 😂 This is mine and he’s only 6 months old. The stems are indeed “fat” lol

Looks like you may have a type of Erubescens? There are so many types and cultivars out there it’s hard to tell sometimes. If you can get a good photo of just the plant and leaves you can use Google to search the photo and see of it gets any matches. 😊 But your set up and plants are beautiful.
