Philodendron Martianum is known as ‘fat boy’ because the stems are very chunky (reminds me of bok choy). It’s also not a climber. I’m not sure what type of philo it is but def not p. martianum

While I know that it isn’t a fat boy, I’ve not a clue on what it could be.

Definitely not a Fat Boy, not nearly chonky enough 😂 This is mine and he’s only 6 months old. The stems are indeed “fat” lol
Looks like you may have a type of Erubescens? There are so many types and cultivars out there it’s hard to tell sometimes. If you can get a good photo of just the plant and leaves you can use Google to search the photo and see of it gets any matches. 😊 But your set up and plants are beautiful.
