I’m unsure if this would be right place to post this, but I am wondering if this tree outside my house needs help or not. 2nd pic is what is growing on the base of the tree, 3rd pic is the leaves of the tree on top of the tree (canopy?) It was full of leaves about 4 months ago, but it has slowly started losing leaves and looking bare.
