Urgent help!

Hi all;

for some context; the fields in questions are just that, fields; corn is growing on the outskirts. We are located in central europe.

Okay, so today we noticed these wierd weeds, that have seemengly invaded our fields;we urgently need to get rid of it, as we plan to plant crops late summer. We do not know what kind it is, nor how to exterminate it, help is much appriciated.
