If you can find a small enough plastic water bottle, poke some holes in the sides halfway up, and put some food in the bottom. Shrimp trap. Works best if they haven’t been fed in a few days.

You’ll likely never get all of them out. I would bait them into a trap. It will likely take you multiple tries over a few days.
