Landscaping

Hi all, just looking for some advice. I live in a new build property with a small 9m x 4m garden. I've just had a quote for landscaping which has come to 13k, could anyone let me know if this seems to be the going rate? I'm getting some more quotes to compare. I've attached my rough plan of the garden. Thank you!
