Please help my Monstera Adansonii

Lately the leaves have started yellowing and browning at the tips and i only water it when the soil gets dry. I’ve used some palm tree fertiliser a few times but mainly water it with water. I sprayed it with pesticide twice in total. I spray the leaves occasionally because the environment is dry but i don’t know if it’s getting enough light or moisture or nutrients, idk what i’m doing wrong.

Just now i discovered it had this fungus web spread across the soil surface which i removed with my fingers (see last picture). It smells a bit like mushrooms and has lots of little beads, like eggs. Is this root rot? What kind of infestation is this? what might have caused it? what’s the solution? how to prevent this from happening in the future. A monstera deliciosa standing right next to this plant – could it also be affected? the soil seems fine and also dries faster because of the terracotta pot and aired substrate but i never repotted my adansonii bc it’s very young and i think the roots have not developed properly yet and i only have a much bigger pot. what should i do?

thanks
