I’m new to the house plant world and have noticed a bit of weird discolouration on my Adensonii, I cut a few leaves off at the bottom because they were looking a bit crispy but does anyone know by looking if I actually have a diseased plant on my hands? Id appreciate any help, Thanks!

In my opinion, this looks more like pest damage (possibly thrips or spidermites). If it’s not pests, it might be a nutrient and/or watering issue.
