It’s my first hoya. Is that normal? It is already white like that when it was a baby it still growing bigger so I think it’s normal? Any tips? I planted it on succulent soil mix and I try to trellis her only roots grow no leaves should I cut it?

And also it has red dot in the other side of the leaf is that normal? Seller say it’s a hoya macrophylla
