When is it ok to put into a pot of generic miracle grow soil? It's the first that popped leaves out and my mom's proud of it. I'd hate to kill it with over feeding nutrients to it. This is from a rose bush.

For me it’s when I gently tug on them and they are secure and they have new buds. But? Planting these plugs into a larger container of miracle grow can really be done at anytime. You could have rooted it into a larger container initially.
Good job! I am a propagator and IMO roses are one of the harder to propagate plants for me…Very prone to mildew etc. so she did great.
