Fiddle Leaf Fig

Fiddle leaf fig PLS HELP!!!

We’ve had our fiddle for 5 years and it was about half this size when we first bought it.
We’ve had no new leaves for about a year and the leaves started to turn brown and fall off, so about 2 months ago we repotted it with new soil and fertiliser. All of a sudden the leaves started to go yellow so we cut them off.
Recently I noticed the stems on the back of the leaves have white stuff on it and the plant shop suggested a spray. I also noticed gnats around the house specifically in the fiddle area, so we’ve started using a spray and I’ve also ordered the We the Wild gnat sticker things they should get here this week.
What do I do to save my fiddle and get it growing and thriving again? We haven’t moved it. Kept it in this spot. A few weeks ago I got some grow lights thought maybe that could help….
The off shoot at the bottom has been thriving and growing new leaves almost monthly over the last 6-8 months which is great- do I cut this out and give it its own pot or keep it as is?

We water it every 2/2.5 weeks but since repotting we stopped because the soil had been super moist
It gets indirect light from the window and has been thriving there prior to the last 6-8 months
