Couldn’t find this bug among the common flf pests, so I hope this sub can help. They seem to stay on the underside of the leaves, especially around the stems, but not on the surface of the leaves or the trunk of the flf. I don’t think they’re from the neighboring pot because the plant in the other pot died a long time ago (I keep the soil and the bamboo support stick around in case I’ll ever need them).

I live in the Philippines. I keep my flf on my balcony because it kept dropping leaves when kept indoors. It’s been raining intermittently due to rainy season so I’m wondering if that’s got anything to do with this?

I’m not even sure if the bugs are harmful. Other than the edema (probably due to my inconsistent watering recently) none of the leaves seem to have holes or brown spots, and they aren’t curling or dropping off. But to be safe I flushed off the bugs and sprayed the undersides of the leaves with isopropyl alcohol, and moved my flf deeper into my balcony so it wouldn’t get hit by the rain.

Any advice or insight on the bugs would be much appreciated!
