Hello everybody, can you help me out with identifying this plant. Can you also explain how to water the plant and why do i have trouble with the growth, it was watered once a week.
It’s a *Spathyphyllum*, peace lily. The pot is too large. I would put it in a smaller pot, just a couple inches larger than the root ball. Wait until the leaves droop slightly and then water until some comes out of the bottom of the pot.

That’s a peace lily. I have found that I have the best luck with those when I throw them away and stop buying them.
