Tried my hand at smoking peppers for the first time today (or anything else for that matter.) Approximately a half hour with mesquite chips on some hardwood lump charcoal in the grill. Not sure if mesquite goes with reapers, but that’s what my neighbor had, so we’ll see.
Anyone else smokin some of their harvest? What’s the best in your opinion?
