Honestly regardless of having fallen, this looks dead. It looks shriveled and being painted blue all over doesn’t allow it to photosynthesize. Also if it fell out of the soil easily, it likely didn’t have roots left to hold it in. If you have other photos of the base or anything, that might help, but looks long gone to me.
