I was given this Florida Green (?) by a relative and it's not… super happy? I washed it in a shower when it arrived as I saw some small things stuck under the leaves but I'm not sure if it was webbing or maybe just substrate stuck to a sticky underside…
Anyway, it has these little black dots and brown areas on the back side of leaves, one older leaf looks down right sick, the new one seems variegated? There're also the black dots in the stem, even on a new petiole 🤧
So overal, I'm, as a beginner, a bit lost, thinking it has everything wrong possible.
