Advice to fell this tree

Hey guys,

Helene just took down my front yard oak.

I’m on a budget and and looking for advice on cutting this thing down.

I have a decent amount of experience with a chainsaw but have never dropped a tree like this. I’m familiar with the type of cuts needed but was hoping for some Dad advice here.

It has a major lean away from my house.
