Assuming those are butternut squash I think you needed to leave them on the vine to mature.

Thise aren’t ripe. You don’t harvest until the skin is brown and if you run a finger nail across the skin it shouldn’t leave a mark, then it’s ready to pick.
Good crop though!
How many plants is that from? What variety are they?
Edit if you leave them in a green house or a warm sunny window sill they might ripen up.
Edit 2 you can leave them outside until there is a frost
