Been propagating in water for roughly 3 weeks. Noticed a new leaf shoot as well as a root forming! The leaf from the cutting is starting to wilt & lighten up its shade of green, when this new leaf & root get bigger should I prune off the original leaf?

That is a new leaf! Congrats! I would keep the original leaf for now. There’s still a lot of energy left in it that the plant can utilise that it still needs to suck out of it
