I would go talk with your local nursery they will know more about your landscape, soil, and climate zone than strangers on the internet.
That being said I am putting up spartan junipers for a privacy screen. I would go with arrowheads to save space but I am balling on a budget so a little bigger tree will save me money.

If they’re going in near that back fence, I would plant tall columnar trees like Italian cypress, arborvitae, or similar. I’m not a fan of big canopy trees that grow over the property line.
PS. Also nothing deciduous, choose evergreens.
