Vivarium

first time setup help

Hey all, I’m in the middle of setting up a vivarium for a white’s tree frog (this is my first time with a vivarium, but plenty of aquarium experience) and running into a problem- the foam background is peeling away from the glass. Is this a problem? Any advice on how to fix, and/or thoughts on what might have happened here? It’s great stuff pond and stone foam, GE silicone, and acrylic paint so far. I used some acetone in a couple of parts on the glass to clean off some errant silicone. Any advice appreciated!!

I’m about to start my own buid this week. The expanding foam needs something to hold onto to prevent this. I’m putting aquarium silicone on the glass beforehand. Im following the videos from EverEvolvingExotics on yt. The way he does it you don’t have to cut and seal the expanding foam either, you just cover it right away with soil and sphagnum moss. From al the tutorials I’ve seen, his are the easiest and nicest results imo
