No it just looks like manual damage. 1 & 3 looks like they got damaged while they were unfurling maybe and the 4th one looks like it got ripped or nibbled (cat?). Number 2 looks the most like pest damage but maybe it just got spritzed with something that burned some spots on the leaves.
