Not sure about the bugs, and you may know this already, but any water that falls between the leaves and stays there is likely to cause your orchid to rot. Most people soak the substrate of their orchid for several minutes, up to thirty, and never get the leaves wet. Just a tip!

Get yourself some neem oil & dishwashing liquid and make a spray.
Mix 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of neem oil and ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) of a gentle, plant-safe liquid dish soap (as a spreader and sticker for the oil) to 1 quart water
