It’s obviously rotted a bit and old. But I NEED to know. It has light to almost no smell. Originally though some giant mushroom but after looking again it’s not. It’s firm on the outside, semi soft inside where the white is, like celeriac or old hardened mushroom.
It has a bulb shape that widens at the root bottom , with a thick top stem piece which has a center made out of the same material as the root.
Any ideas? Thought Cleriac, then thought maybe Angelica?
