Native garden plan update (swipe for original) – I listened to your comments and added more sedges, more plants, more grouping. How is this? Anything else I should be changing? (Full sun, 7b. MD, USA)
The main goal of the garden is veg production, but I want some flowers out there too. I don’t want anything too tall that’ll shade the veg too much. (The back of the house is where I’m going to go full native with everything from groundcover to canopy trees. This is just a nice little extra.)
I’m also aiming for low watering requirements, and relatively low maintenance.
Open to any and all ideas and suggestions, your help is invaluable to me!

I think it looks great, have you checked to see if your municipality has any rules about height next to road? That’s the only thing I’d worry about, since mine says 6 inches for 3 feet by the road.
